Silver Bow Mining signed a definitive agreement to acquire the Jefferson County Metallurgical Complex in Montana through a Chapter 11 bankruptcy process, committing roughly $28.6 million in cash at initial closing plus contingent value rights, royalties, and profit interests tied to future milestones.
