Pl: W Zakopanem, gdzie góry spotykają niebo, Kasia i Piotr wyruszyli na przygodę życia.
En: In Zakopane, where the mountains meet the sky, Kasia and Piotr set out on the adventure of a lifetime.
Pl: Był środek lata, a Tatry choć zazwyczaj zachwycające, tego dnia skryły się w gęstej mgle.
En: It was mid-summer, and although the Tatry, usually breathtaking, had hidden themselves in thick fog that day.
Pl: Kasia, pełna energii i chęci odkrywania nowych miejsc, szybko przekonała Piotra do spontanicznej wędrówki.
En: Kasia, full of energy and eager to discover new places, quickly convinced Piotr to take a spontaneous hike.
Pl: "Zobacz, jakie to piękne!"
En: "Look how beautiful it is!"
Pl: – wołała Kasia, wskazując niewidoczne wierzchołki gór, skryte za mglistą zasłoną.
En: exclaimed Kasia, pointing at the invisible mountain peaks, concealed behind a misty veil.
Pl: Piotr jednak, trochę zmartwiony, spojrzał na mapę.
En: Piotr, however, a bit worried, looked at the map.
Pl: "Lepiej trzymać się szlaku" – sugerował, starając się przekonać Kasię.
En: "We'd better stick to the trail," he suggested, trying to persuade Kasia.
Pl: Ale Kasia miała swój plan: iść przed siebie, ciesząc się każdym krokiem.
En: But Kasia had her own plan: to walk straight ahead, enjoying every step.
Pl: Szli i szli, czas mijał, a mgła była coraz gęstsza.
En: They walked and walked, time passed, and the fog grew thicker.
Pl: Nagle zauważyli, że droga, którą podążali, zakończyła się w miejscu, którego nigdy wcześniej nie widzieli.
