A guide for CEOs, founders, business owners and leaders who want the perfect balance of authority and empathy when it comes to leading their people. I'm Kate Waterfall Hill, a leadership coach, author and the creator of "Linda, the bad manager", my alter ego on social media who inspires better leadership by showing us how not to lead. I’ve worked with CEOs and founders for the whole of my 30+ year career, I am one myself and I’ve coached hundreds of leaders to elevate their skills.
