The touts then use social media to sell the slots on to learner drivers for hugely inflated prices.Four protestors have been arrested on suspicion of criminal damage -- after food was thrown at a display case housing the Imperial State Crown at the Tower of London. A group called Take Back Power said its supporters had targeted the Crown Jewels as part of a campaign calling for the rich to pay more tax.
