From missed sales and release parties to spoilers and frustrated readers, who takes responsibility when a highly anticipated book launch goes wrong? And do the same rules really apply to everyone?

Plus, we discuss the treatment of Rebecca Yarros following her father’s passing and the Fourth Wing casting conversation taking over BookTok.
