  • How to Keep DBT Feeling Fresh
If you've been using DBT for awhile, you know that it can become difficult to maintain momentum and desire to keep using skills consistently. In this episode, Kate and Michelle discuss four common challenges that can arise as barriers to regular skill use: not thinking about DBT enough, feeling willful about using skills, struggles to establish a consistent routine with skills, and feeling burnt out by trying to do too much DBT at once. For each challenge, they share helpful tips on how to overcome it. Magic Mind is a mental performance shot designed to help you maintain focus and reduce stress with less caffeine than a cup of coffee, B vitamins and other all natural ingredients. O DBT & Me

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) was created by a woman named Marsha Linehan in the 1980s. The skills she created are now taught all over the world. DBT can improve depression, anxiety, borderline personality disorder, and other mental health struggles. We are Kate and Michelle, two mental health therapists in Seattle, WA. We have been teaching DBT groups as a team for years. Whether you've never heard of DBT before or are experienced with DBT skills, this podcast is here to help you use DBT skills in your daily life.
