It Gets Good

We are back with a new segment for this week's episode! We asked you to send us out of context quotes from books you love that you think would convince us to read them. Quite a few books from today's episode made it on to our TBRs, so you all did great! Hopefully you were convinced to read some new books out of your comfort zone as well.

In this episode we explain the why behind us skipping/not reading spice in books and why it's important to us. We hope that this list brings you some new books you can be excited to read whether you feel convicted about spice or just are sick of it in your books!

How are we already bringing you our first wrap up of 2026?! This year is flying by and honestly, it's off to the BEST start! Kyleigh thinks she's read one of her favorite books of 2026, Hannah had 4 five star read and Micaela read and enjoyed her 3 reads. We hope that this means 2026 is going to be an amazing reading year!!
