Hey y'all ! Welcome to another Friday with CWCOI ! In this week's episode, our host, Ally Yost talks about Good Friday and what that means for us as followers of Christ. Today is the day that Jesus was crucified on the Cross for us. How can a heavy day be given a title, "Good" Friday? Well, through Jesus's death, sin was forgiven and we were offered salvation and restoration with God. Even though the day itself is tragic, the outcome is seen as good and full of hope. In just two days on Easter Sunday, we celebrate resurrection and victory over death.
