Kendall’s LA trip takes a chaotic turn when she realizes her flight took off without her and she’s suddenly stranded in the city. So she decides to flip the day around with a last-minute Alo Gym class. Expect pre-gym panic, a humbling workout, leg shakes, and a full haul of the goodies her instructor Laura pulls for her after.

Then it’s towel time. Kendall sits down for a real life update after weeks of nonstop travel, talks homesickness, anxiety, and what it’s been like living back at home in Pittsburgh.
