Ajahn Mudito conducts an intermediate/ advanced meditation class for approximately one hour. Ajahn Mudito gives the analogy of making body sensations and thoughts in the mind "static" in meditation - making yourself comfortable enough, with a kind, accepting attitude, so that they fade away like static noise. Ajahn teaches that how our mind is in meditation is a reflection of how we have been living our lives, and indicates where we might be able to develop more kindness.
