Been dying to get Josh on the podcast for awhile now and the stars finally aligned at the new year. He has an interesting story starting out in fitness, then becoming a professional firefighter, to then moving to the mountains to start a mountain bike shop. Not only that but he picked in my opinion one of the best places to ride mountain bikes in GA ,and maybe even the southeast, the Aska Trail System in Blue Ridge. Erin started at the young age of 10 on a MTB and gravitated straight to the Big Creek Freeride area. She quickly went on to race some of the gnarliest downhill races in the country from 11 years old to now. You can find her either at the Downhill Southeast series, Monster pro downhill series, US Open, and on and on. She may have also wrenched on your bike at Fresh Bikes.
